3.2 La Cigalette Blonde I drank this beer at Vaison la Romaine with friends. In my opinion, it is an average lager, not bad, missing a bit more malt and personnality. The body is yellow lager, thin and white foam, the carbonation is average, the taste is watery, a bit metalic, some malt and hop, particulary nice during these hot days, in this beautiful part of France. In my opinion, it is a correct witbier, refreshing, wheat, coriandre, "thym", I mean that there is a herbal side, the body is brown, orange and troubled, thin foam, middle carbonation, not bad.
