Brasserie l'Estrade Kascade
Gusher. Small white head. Hazy, almost muddy, amber body. Resiny wooden tropical fruit aroma with peppery notes. Dry-sweet, and slightly acidic, tropical fruit and resin taste with vinous mealy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, flat mouthfeel. Dry lemony wooden aftertaste with resiny peppery notes. Not too bad, but spoiled by infection. (0.33l bottle, from Les Couleurs des Bieres, Montpellier.)

Brasserie l'Estrade Tonka Red
No real head, just a thin offwhite ring. Clear reddish amber body. Syrupy caramelly grassy aroma with toffee and dried fruit notes. Dry-sweet malty caramel and raisins taste with floral earthy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish musty earthy fruity aftertaste with toffee, caramel, and marzipan notes. Lingering spice and herbs. Nice and drinkable. Vivid and unusual. (0.33l bottle at Couleurs des Bieres, Montpellier.)

Small white head. Hazy amber body. Funky cow dung aroma (no, really) with mealy tropical fruit notes. Sweet earthy resiny taste with floral candy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, flat mouthfeel. Dryish earthy herbal spicy aftertaste with floral musty notes. It’s OK, but a bit flat and musty. (0.33l bottle at Couleurs de Bieres, Montpellier.)
