Marko	3.8 The Rare Barrel For Ever More Tap at Muted Horn. Hazy dark red body, pinkish head. Vanilla-cinnamon combo backed by light berries in the aroma. Creamy taste, berry sweetness and tartness, with hefty vanilla and lighter cinnamon, lingering clean tartness remains with the spice. Good stuff, not sure I liked some combos happening in the taste, so "just 3.8", but this is undeniably tasty and fun! Thursday, February 29, 2024

Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, silky, minimally cloying and greasy, simultaneously minimally astringent palate, medium to fine, soft, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation, Very sophisticated and relatively complex Helles; highly drinkable nevertheless due to its homogeneity and balance: pure prodigality to knock it back like water - great! Taste is dry, woody, funky yeasty, bretty, slightly vinous and citrusy fruity hoppy, notes of white grapes, oak, toasted oak, some lemon peel, old lemon peel. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. This bottle is 7.0% I am not sure this rating is in the right place. pours dark, very light brown head. aroma of fresh raspberries, sour malts, faint roasted malty note. aroma appears very full for a sour. flavor is sour beer, tart raspberries, faint chocolate. flavor is mostly tart and sour with hints of raspberries and hints of chocolate.
