3 Ibel-Bräu Weisse (swing top bottle) Cloudy, orange coloured, effervescent hue with a huge and dense, slightly off-white foamy head. Light-sweet flavour with light traces of acidity, light to medium bodied, lively carbonated mouthfeel. Yeasty, malty taste with a moderate wheat-character and light fruity notes of ripe citrus/oranges and banana. Moderately dry, slightly bitter and tart spicy finish, which is also a bit slim. Short malty base, herbal hoppy taste with a touch of sour dough and citrus; dry and almost lingering herbal hoppy finish. An initial metallic touch fades quickly.
