Schlenkerla29	2.5 Ibel-Bräu Pils Das Pils von Ibel kommt sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich recht unspektakulär daher. Im Glas baut sich auf dem klaren, goldgelben Bier eine schöne Blume auf, welche recht schnell das Feld räumt. Es duftet malzig-süßlich, vom sehnlichst erwarteten Hopfengeruch keine Spur. Exakt dieser Eindruck spiegelt sich auch im mittelrezenten Antrunk wider. Geschmacklich würde ich dieses Bier, aufgrund seines milden und bekömmlichen Körpers, ohne wenn und aber in die Kategorie Helles stecken. Mir ist es nicht herb und nicht würzig genug, dafür lässt sich eine nicht unbeträchtliche Restsüße rausschmecken. Es läuft gut die Kehle herunter, jedoch ohne bleibende Eindrücke zu hinterlassen. Ein viel zu mildes Pils, das sich lediglich durch seine Bekömmlichkeit auszeichnet. Ziel definitiv verfehlt Thursday, January 5, 2023
Schlenkerla29	2.8 Ibel-Bräu Burgwindheimer Lager In einem tiefen Altgold und mit genügend weißer Schaumpracht bittet das Burgwindheimer Lager zum Test. Helle, weißbrotige und gerstige Noten dominieren den Duft, im Hintergrund lassen sich feine Hopfenanklänge ausmachen. Malzbetont, leicht und mit unverkennbarem Gersteneinschlag steigt das Burgwindheimer Lager ein, und ist dabei von einer positiv zu bewertenden frischen Spritzigkeit geprägt. Die sich zusehends intensivierende Getreidigkeit zieht sich wie ein roter Faden durch das Trinkgeschehen. Getreidig und mit gleichzeitig ansteigendem Frischeeffekt endet es schließlich mit minimaler, aber gefälliger Kräuternote. Eine herzerwärmende Gaumenfreude ist das Burgwindheimer Lager sicherlich nicht, dafür aber ein grundsolider Durstlöscher mit einer angenehmen Frische. Thursday, January 5, 2023
Moravius	3.2 Ibel-Bräu Pils Vom Faß beim Ibel (wo erst noch ein paar bockige Kälber in den Stall befördert werden mußten, bevor die Gaststätte öffnen konnte). - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase milder aber angenehmer Hopfen, vornehmlich Zitrone. - Antrunk angenehm saftig hellmalzig und zart kekssüß mit schöner Hopfung: Zitronenschale, Gras, mehr aromatisch als herb. Mild rezent, vollmundig-süffig. Für ein Pils im Abgang recht mild aber aromatisch, leicht trocken. - Eher ein aromatisch gehopftes Helles als ein schlank-herbes Pils, aber auf jeden Fall ein wohlschmeckendes, süffiges Bier Thursday, April 27, 2017

Short malty base, herbal hoppy taste with a touch of sour dough and citrus; dry and almost lingering herbal hoppy finish. An initial metallic touch fades quickly.
