Kleg	2.7 Station 26 303 Lager 12 oz. can from Molly's Spirits in Lakeside, CO. Pours a crystal clear straw gold color with a fizzy white head and decent retention. Very little lacing. Corn malt aroma with a slightly souring edge. Similar grainy malt flavor with corn and a little diacetyl in the finish. A very generic, macro-tasting lager. Medium-light body. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, dankness, fruitiness and light pine with a crisp dry moderately bitter lingering dank fruity finish. onceblind	4 Station 26 X Anniversary IPA Very slightly hazy golden with a thin white cap. Big pale malt and boozy phenolic aroma with some dank earthy piney hops and a touch of cannabis. Smooth flavor that’s boozy pale malty with bitter leafy green resins, floral tones, hints of citrus peel, a whisper of weed. Pretty well balanced and drinkable all things considered. onceblind	4.2 Station 26 Snowburst Cold IPA Very slightly hazy bright golden with a thin ring of white foam for head. Africa is a little dank and musty with overripe fruit and pine resin hops. Crisp clean flavor that’s crisp and bitter, dank and resinous with hints of citrus peel and floral notes. Not excessively bitter but definitely strong in aroma. Kinda clean finishing actually. Pours cloudy, golden blonde colored with a large off white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with roasted malt and chocolate flavors as well as having a medium body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes smooth but a touch dry with vanilla and light coffee flavors. Pretty nice. Ernest	2.7 Station 26 McGuinness Can. Head is initially small, frothy, brown, mostly diminishing. Body is dark brown to black. Aroma is moderately malty (chocolate syrup, chocolate milk), with a light note of vanilla. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/oily texture, lively/soft carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Very simple nose with little to offer besides chocolate. Sweet in the mouth without much to balance and a slick/oily mouthfeel, so it's not much fun to drink either. Overall ok, but just kinda clunky, uninspired, and forgettable. Nothing much Irish about it either. Sunday, June 11, 2023

Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and little lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt, molasses and dark chocolate flavors as well as having a rich, medium body and slick, smooth mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with vanilla, bourbon and oak flavors. notalush	3 Station 26 Barrel-Aged Barleywine 5 ounce at the brewery - clear medium amber - nose of vanilla, oak, whiskey - flavor is much the same - I mostly taste the spirit and barrel along with some light caramelized maltiness - so it tastes like the base beer maybe wasn’t robust enough to hold up to the barrel treatment, as it appears to be totally swallowed up in the barrel character - meh.
