mcberko	3.1 Black Project Minuteman 750mL bottle, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has an interesting wild yeast character, some oak, and a touch of leather. JorisPPattyn	3.9 Black Project Supercruise: Tempranillo / Cabernet Franc Small pinkish rim over clear pale garnet beer. End of bottle some light suspension. Vinous nose, grapes, but also cherry. Lots of vanilla and sodaed real fruitjuice. Quite sour, fruitacids, red fruit - I'd guess raspberry again. Starfruit, exotic fruits as pitaya or dragonfruit, and rosé wine.
