BlackHaddock	3.6 Edmund's Oast Leather Jacket Third beer in my American tasting session (on my own), 26th April 2024 at home. US Pint can from The Beers of America and poured (twice) into my lovely thistle shaped Gordon Finest Gold glass. Almost black bodied, great foaming tanned head, looked spectacular in the thistle shaped glass actually. Singed, over roasted, burnt toasted maltiness in the initial sips. Malty aroma with dark chocolate and coffee esters, hints of sweaty ladies bicycle seats (or the beers name might have led me to think that). Anyway I quite enjoyed this malt forward Porter (aren't all Porters malt forward?). Friday, April 26, 2024
Cybercat	3.9 Edmund's Oast Sun Kissed Pours slightly hazy topaz with a thick and persistent vellum head. Aroma gives juicy tangerine and lemon, wheat, yeast, hints of fresh malt. Flavor provides juicy and zesty tangerine, tart lemon, fresh wheat, yeast, hints of malt and a bit of banana. Texture adds nice body and lively fizz. Soar high, Icarus. Friday, April 5, 2024

Fairly low carb, prominent almond, vanilla.. seems like theres honey in here but apparently not, very gentle palate, moderate sweetness, interesting blend of flavours... different. Grumbo	3.7 Edmund's Oast Leather Jacket 10/3/2024. Can from Beautiful Beers, Bury St Edmunds. Pours close to black with a large foamy beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, ashy, chocolate, caramel, oats. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness and body. Quite smooth, just a little watery, average carbonation. Beese	3.5 Edmund's Oast Cereal for Dinner 16oz can thanks to a supplier. Hazy orange. Nose of apricot, vanilla and yoghurt. This is definitely nutty and has sweeter notes, but is nicely rounded. This is way, way better than I expected. Everything it says it has, it has. The finish is nice and nutty. I like it. Friday, March 1, 2024

Slight haze to the medium golden pour, slight snow-white head clings to the edge of the glass, nice lace. Pleasant aroma, some nectar-like floral notes. Taste is mostly sour with a little sweet fruitiness... strawberry comes out more than the rhubarb...solid mouthfeel but one dimensional...Had at WeCo biergarten for lunch as pandemic still carries on amongst the unvaxxed with 940k US deaths...omicron varient seems to be fizzling out.... Moderate notes of citrus and tropical fruit sit atop a mild caramel and cracker middle, with a bitter, piney finish laced with minerals and a hearty rye spiciness. Gets a touch vegetal as it warms.
