bigcat03	3.2 Oliphant Gobias Can poured into a tulip pint. Deep brown with a fizzy brown head. Aroma is chocolate, espresso beans, dark coffee, roast. Initial taste is coffee, chocolate, sweet malt. Fades to light roasted coffee and sweet milk. Body is a touch thin for a stout with oddly fizzy. Starts out promising but just not firing on all cylinders. 7-3-7-2-13 Saturday, March 16, 2024

Aroma has earthy dark grains with a hint of chocolate and some warming bourbon underlying. Flavor has a decent amount of chocolate and bourbon with dark grains and a hint of roast. Aroma has slightly sweet citrus with a bit of mango underlying with some sweet grains supporting. Flavor has melon and slightly dank citrus with grass and a bit of sweet grain backing. drpimento	3.2 Oliphant Blizzard of '91 Aromas are cinnamon, nutmeg, malt and toffee. Flavors are similar to note bittersweet up front for a little bit of carbonic tang. Aroma has cherry and peanut butter with light sweet malts. Taste follows, not really showing chocolate or banana. This is tasty; fruity, and somewhat sweet. Drake	4.2 Oliphant Medium Talent Pint can from Ridgeview Liquor, 10/4/23. Black, dark brown head, good retention. Aroma of roast, chocolate, cherry, tobacco. Taste is roast, chocolate, cocoa, cherry. Slick, full bodied, well balanced, just the faintest hint of booze. Some raisin sticks out in the very, very, very, very finish. Overall pretty nice. Thursday, October 5, 2023
