Redlight Audubon Bitter
Tall ivory head on a clear rusty pour. Sweetish, tannic aroma with implied cinnamon notes. Classic bitter profile -- tannins, dry caramel, presumably otter malt. Light body, toasted bitterness trailing. On draft, Smitty's Taphouse.

Dark brown, smokey nose, creamy, a bit gloppy, big smoke. It's not bad, for a non-lager brewery.

Can 16oz (thanks GodOfThunder!)
Golden colour, medium-sized white head. Hayish, a bit grainy nose. Light-bodied. Crisp, spicey bitterness, hay and metal. Very hoppy Kölsch and lacks the normal fruityness of the style.

Redlight Bayern Pils
Bayern is a typical surname of a few different beers & I am easily confused. First, full stein pour with GoT & his too good for him, tolerant wife. Clear, classic, MGD gold, frothy mug of a pour. Big, burly, sharp malt nose. Frothy, bittersharp fruit, old school bitter, steel, high acid, a bit too yeasty/creamy/heavy, but good for sloshing. Cold, frothy, well played. If I had a bowl of nuts or a little more going on I could funnel this for a few.

Redlight Acorn Saison
Stemware pour after Jay had to go & clean up his pet's shit. Mellow head, slightly hazy iced tea. Oaky, veg, soft malt nose. Bitter, minerally, harsh pith, light tea, slightly astringent. What does acorn taste like? Dunno. Kinda good.

Redlight Bayern Pils
I tried not to rate this a 5.0...I really tried. But, I can't find a single flaw. Absolutely perfect. Clear and yellow. Golden. Smells like a dried wheat field in the summer. Flavor is stellar. Dried grasses and stale hops, in a good way. Just slightly effervescent, tingling the tongue like pop rox. Dry as my wife's vagina when I make a move. Seriously, perfect. Amazing beer.

Generous pour @RLRL. Clear, golden, extra frothy. Sharp, rindy citrus, dusty pith nose. Bitter aspirin, bright acidity & orange rind, soft floral, medium sour, a skimpy bit of pineapple. Quaffable.

Redlight Halo Halo
Tulip @rlrl, post burrito truck. Dusty purple gray, frothy pour. Vanilla-berry, floral, cream, grape Skittle nose. Semi-sweet, carbonic, earthy, a little dirty, blueberry, vanilla, weak sour, lasting taro, aspirin finish. Kinda okay.

Redlight Love Thy Neighbor
Clear, pale amber, frothy baby pint glass @RL RL. Peppery, mellow honey, sweet corn. Lovely. Basic veggie corn, but somehow fresh. Spicy black pepper, very faint toastiness, lingering veg bitterness. Continuously frothy, creamy, crispy, easy abv. It's a low bar, but it's the best malt liquor ever.

Redlight Think It Through
Added it as a sour/wild dark. Do what you will. Charcoal dark, kinda still pour. Smokey, perceptibly acidic, weak dark fruit. Taste has got to be a mistake & coverup. Floral, big sour, vinegar, still smokey, booze, backend char is the only expected thing here. Just a lot of uncommon flavors layered on flat-lined base. Nah, don't pretend it's cool.

Redlight Macivey Corn Common
Clear, dark copper, frothy tulip @RL RL. Dry, kinda spicy, toasty, faint citrus. Crispy, bittersweet, basic toast. Corn isn't really obvious till it warms, then it's all over the finish. This is when it gets interesting. Grew on me.

Redlight Fruit Punch
Came back for the burrito truck. Stayed for the beer. Stemware. Clear, maroon/amber, still pour. Cherry, lemon tea, old apples, copper. Taste is big foeder, medium oxidation, sharp berries & lots of peach pit. Vert tart, with a slight vinegar richness. Not complex, but kinda tasty.

Redlight Rose's Kölsch
On Tap @RLRL. Still drinking with GoT. Pale, clear, rose on watermelon color. Minerally, wet, soggy bread nose. Dusty, carbonic, very faint grape skin but not enough to write home about. Not enough fruit.

Redlight New Wave
Split a bottle with GoT @RLRL. Fancy wine glass. Dark honey iced tea body, frothy head. Dusty, super floral & inviting Brett nose. Same taste, if more rose & lemon, with no really noticeable barnyard. Nearly dried out, pinch of syrup, Aspirin, herb-y & wincing finish. I heard this was a total mistake of a beer that got re-imagined. It's great.

Redlight Clampdown
Tapped on the bar @ RL RL w/GoT. Frothy, very dark but not black, baby stein pour. Faint earth, herbal, subdued hops. Bittersweet, earthy spice middle, slight cola acidity on the finish. Lighter in roast than I was expecting. Very lightweight & crushable.

Big ole mug times dos with GoT @RL RL. Opaque, brown , suddy pour. Smoke, clovey spiced ham, banana phenols. Faintly tart, slightly sweet, savory ham, tasty grease. Note taking is antisocial, so I'm keeping it short.

Redlight Calling All Destroyers
Pretty nice. Golden color, good head, light carbonation and typical cask mouthfeel. Well kept cask. Light bready malts, and hops were a tad indistinct. Overall the profile was pretty clean, almost seemed a tad more like an APA because of it, except I couldn't quite place the hop flavors. I expect they were brit though. I felt it a little more than expected per the advertised 4%!

Wow, nice to see something like this being made! More please! This is a nice caramel-sweet and campfire smoke beer. True rauchbier nose, light caramel behind the smoke. Deep amber color with a big foamy head, looks nice in their half liter dimpled mug. Flavor has a sharpness to the smoky malt profile that almost doesn't work. The german ones seem mellower, tamer. But otherwise this has a nice semi-dry malt profile with a linger soft bitterness, herbal hop notes, and a lingering campfire aftertaste.

Redlight Krude Kölsch
It pours light gold and clear with a white head. Head retention is very good. It has a grainy sweet aroma with some spice and herbal notes. It is a bit sweet with some vinous qualities. There are some honey elements with floral. It has a medium light body and has a touch of sweetness in the finish. Overall, the vinous qualities, although not overly strong, work well for me with the other flavors.

On tap at The Thirsty Topher in Orlando, FL. Aroma is dry cocoa, earthy twigs, mild roast coffee. Taste is super smooth, earthy, creamy, dry roast. An exceptional dry stout that rivals that one you’ve heard of.

Redlight Tenderfoot Rauch Helles
Clean bonfire aroma almost completely covering up the sweetness from the light malt character. Pours completely clean and crisp, with a lively effervescence. Dried grasses, straw, corn chips, and a touch of mint combine with the smoke. Excellent, and dry on the palate. This is an exceptional Rauch Helles.

Wonderful nose full of flowers. A touch of honey. A little funk. Cloudy amber color. Really nice tart funk in the flavor. Light body. Hints at cherry pits. Raisins and apricots. A little carbonic bite probably appropriate for biere de garde. Outstanding

Redlight Rotbier
Amber lager. Malty nose, toffee with what seems a hint of berry like fruit even though it isnt fruited. Possibly light oak character . Nice balanced presentation, tends semi-sweet with a warming herbal bitternes at finish, just a kiss. On the light side body wise but not watery at all, good drinking beer all told, though maybe the sweeter fruitiness part is slightly distracting. "smooth pour" version

Redlight Schoko's Keller
500 ml bottle. Pours a mostly clear, burnt orange color and capped by a thick off white layer of foam that settles in quickly to a thin film and coats the glass in sheets of lace. The aroma shows notes toasted grains, bread, corn, earthy floral, and light citrus over a pale malt base with hints of oak. The flavor follows with the toasted grains, some honey, bread, and light citrus up front followed by the pale malts, oak, and a moderate floral hop bitterness on the back end. Medium bodied with lively carbonation that leads to a clean, crisp, and slightly bitter sweet finish with some lingering dryness from the oak. This is a really damn good Kellerbier that I could crush on the regular. Very enjoyable stuff.

Redlight IROC Oyster Gose
Bottle from Redlight in Orlando, FL. Aroma is sour non-descript fruit vinegar, light grain funk, slightly herbal, maybe some crackers. Taste is tart...again, not a distinct fruit tartness...very mild salt, mild herbal. Was expecting a bit more from this one... probably looking for the coriander.
