4 Noses Hop Wave Hazy Pale Ale
Can poured into a shaker glass. Opaque gold with a small, fizzy white head and lots of visible carbonation. Aroma is orange, lemon, pineapple. Initial taste is heavy on malt with citrus punching through after. Fades to light pine and bready malt. Lighter side of medium and zippy carbonation. Didn't mind the heavy malt. Just kind of... meh. 6-3-6-3-12

Can. A- Dill, sweet peppers, pickle brine, light tomato. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, no head. T- Dill, sweet peppers, slightly spicy, faint tomato. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Looks like orange Fanta. Not as tomato-y as I would expect for a michelada beer, but it's actually pretty damn good. A balance of savory tomato, herbaceous dill, sweet peppers, spicy cayenne, and tart lime.

16 oz. can, sadly mostly spilled on the floor... Pours a hazyish, pink color, with a small, white head. The nose is plum, lime zest, vanilla, cloves, honey, and lemon juice. Sweet and tart, nicely balanced. Light, effervescent, and smooth. Beautiful, easy, and complex. Absolutely nailed the character of a light, fruity cocktail, like an Aviation or light Daiquiri.

4 Noses Dear Dahlia
10 ounce at the Denver taproom - I imagine this was brewed for the opening of this location, as it is on Dahlia street - lightly hazy dark gold - thick, lasting lace - looks quite nice - strong simcoe and centennial vibes in this one - dank, citric, earthy - moderately sweet, but not overly so, especially given the abv - creamy texture, full body - herbal and bitter finish - alcohol is very well-hidden - nice to have a more classic, non-hazy for a change - quite tasty.

4 Noses Foeder Helles
Can. Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is light yellow. Aroma is moderately malty (toasted grain/bread, cookie), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs). Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation. Too syrupy sweet esp. given the style, but otherwise reasonably solid.

Can. Head is initially small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is moderately malty (toasted grain/bread), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs). Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately bitter. Medium to full body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Pretty good, especially for this brewery. Nice malt character, pleasant soft hops, and decent balance for the style. It doesn't really excel at anything, but it's solid.

From a can. Pours a hazy light red with bright white head that fades quickly. Very off putting aroma of old, past-their-prime raspberries. Definite raspberry flavor but it’s rather weak and not very present. Could use more raspberry flavor on the palate. Too aqueous.

From Beer Drop. Canned December 15th 2022. It pours a clear straw gold with a finger of foam with some good lacing. Smell is floral and spicy hops, with a note of biscuit. The taste is lovely spicy hops balanced by biscuit malt that are very vibrant and fresh. It finishes with that hoppy goodness. It seems very Germanic to me. Good mouthfeel for the low abv. It's a hit with me.

4 Noses Pump Action Pumpkin Ale
Nice crisp and pretty hazy orange and amber coloured body with a nice glow and a thinnish, single to two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of very strong pumpkin pie spice with a lot of allspice and canella along with a good hit of nutmeg and anise. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong rich squash flavour comes out with a lot of richness along with a punch of the spices front and centre with a good nutty, rustic quality as well, with a good sweetness towards the end. Aftertaste shows a great blend of the nutty, earthy qualities, with a bunch of nice seasonal spices and a great richness from the malt and squash, especially. Overall, a very nice and enjoyable beer with a nice seasonal spiciness that isn't too much, but shows a lot of flavours and quality, especially with the rich squash notes throughout, especially in the nose and a good sweetness as well, with some moderate alcohol that hits at the end. Great to sample and well worth trying to find, especially if you like pumpkin-based beers. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Total Beverage in Thornton, Colorado on 30-January-2022 for US$2,40, canned on 27-August-2021 and sampled on 26-November-2022 after returning from Thanksgiving in Connecticut.
