*Nettes rundes, malzig-süßliches, würzig aromatisches Winterbier. Gewürze, runde Hefe, Karamell, brauner Zucker, nicht zu süß. Nett.

Bottled, thanks Bov!
Hazy orange colour, rich but brief head. Strawberry aroma. Clean crystal malt profile, some grassy hoppiness. Aromatic fruity finish.

cloudy amber-brown colour, fine dense head, malt and red fruits in the nose, interesting notes of cheese, medium-bodied, slightly acidic with a lot of carbonation, the finish is dry and quite short - character and some originality but it has something wrong I can't define

Really murky orange-brown, artisnal to the max. Slightly creamy, extremely soft texture, with some orangy citrus flavours and some spicyness, hoppy finish, really hoppy and fresh, reaally similiar to Pere Noel (of a different brewer- De Ranke, less hoppy however.

Hazy deep amber; beautiful creamy generous head.
Deep hop aroma (Goldings?), flowery, spicy hop; malt, sweet nose.
Perfectly balanced body, not too sweet, not too dry, not too bitter. Good malt, good texture; a lot spicy; bitter and featuring good hops.
Palate correctly bitter, enough aromatic, with loads of caramel and some fudge.

Almost explosive bottle (75cl w. cork). Clean brown colour, generous head, persistent, lace.
Fresh aroma, frizzy, fresh hop, sweetness.
Malty hoppy, harmonious; pretty sweet, good body, a nice note of roasted malt.
Finishes with a reasonable bitterness, aromatic, corrected by some roasted malt, sweetness and liquorice.
I would rather define this as an Abbey beer.
Great beer! one of my French best.

Amber colour, frothy head. Nice hop aroma (a bit aggressive). Too dry taste, too poor malt. Strong hopping, for a decent palate.

Hazy deep blond color. Very nice hop aroma, flowery, almost fruity. Unfortunately the flavor is quite simple, not enough malt, and the final as well, only partially hoppy.

Gold-amber colour, frothy head, big bubbles. Strong, nice Golding hop aroma, deep, honeyish. Ordinary body, some malt and hop, maybe too much carbonation. Ordinary palate. Bitter not really interesting.

Gold-amber ale. Some hop aroma. Smooth, not enough malty, nor hoppy. Ordinary palate, a bit metallic.
