Lubiere	3.5 Big House Bonnie & Clyde IPA April, 2004. Golden ale with an off white head. Aroma of hops which was pleasant . Good balnce of hops and malts with grapêfruits. Good bodied. Monday, October 18, 2004
CapFlu	2.5 Big House Vice Weizen (Draught) Cloudy lemon body with a thin, white head. Sweet, fruity bubblegum nose. VERY artificial flavour. Not terribly good. Sunday, May 2, 2004
CapFlu	3.8 Big House Bonnie & Clyde IPA (Draught) Nice head retention! Yellowish head with a golden body. Hi-C hopped notes in the nose. Highly hopped flavours with a slight tart finish. Very good! Sunday, May 2, 2004
CapFlu	2.7 Big House Eliot Ness Stout (Draught) Pours opaque with a yellowish, creamy head. Nose is very faint. Flavour is overly molasses with a thin soy hint. Average. Sunday, May 2, 2004

Vac	3.1 Big House Bitter Pours with a deep orange-gold body topped by a medium thick head with good lace. Sweet and fruity (berries) aroma with good hoppy notes and a touch of maltiness. Some slight metallic notes are evident. Slightly sweet and fruity yet bitter flavor with a good hoppiness well balanced with malt. The finish is practically non-existant. Medium bodied and smooth. Vac	2.7 Big House Barley Wine Pours with a deep amber-brown body topped by a medium thick head with good lace. Odd grainy malt aroma with a slight sweetness and hoppiness. The flavor isalso grainy (rye?) and malty with a good hoppy charater and a slight sweetness, odd flavor. Full bodied and surprisingly smooth with a slight warmth. Not what I would consider a great barleywine. It reminds me more of a watered down rye whiskey than beer. Friday, July 25, 2003
Vac	3.5 Big House Bonnie & Clyde IPA Pours with an amber body topped by a thin white head that leaves decent lace. Sweet and citrusy hop aroma with a hint of berries and pretty good malt balance. Bitter sweet and citrusy hop flavor wtih a slight hint of beeries and an almost to bitter hoppy (is that possible?) finish. Medium bodied and relatively smooth. Thursday, July 24, 2003
Vac	3.5 Big House Strong Ale Pours with a dark brown body with nice red highlights. Not much head or lace. Sweet malty aroma with fruity notes and a slight hop accent. The nose is a little weak. Very sweet malty flavor with a slight hoppiness and fruity accents. The finish is slighlty bitter and hoppy with malty accents. Medium to full bodied and smooth. Monday, July 21, 2003
