This is a gluten free beer and is particularly sweet in character. Sucrose, wheaty notes, honey, quite thin on the palate. Not great unfortunately, but a new brewery for me. Interesting rustic malty taste. Obviously for an unfiltered, cloudy golden color with very not lasting froth. (wonder if different when draught) A good rustic taste that I was expecting.
