2.8 Mount Nittany Jeds Red Ale Not exactly the best beer in the world - but the bottle was really cool (that's why I gave a 5 for appearance. Tuesday, October 1, 2002

3.4 Mount Nittany Jeds Red Ale Malty aroma with hints of chocolate and fruit. A little metallic with some vapors. Red-brown beer with small white head. Medium thick body and medium-heavy carbonation. A bit sweet in taste, malty and a little bitter. Alcohol - like a watery bock. A decent little beer, but needs a bit more balance. Monday, July 8, 2002

3.9 Mount Nittany Jeds Red Ale Once again, i have exhausted the supply of new beers down at my local bar upon ordering this puzzling offering known as Jeds Red. I was apprehensive at first to try a beer with a drunken cartoon dog on the label but its a local brewery so i said what the hell. The beer was good, not mind blowing good, but very good indeed. Dark reddish brown, creamy head, and lots of malt flavor with a slight tangy bitter finish. Quite impressive. Wednesday, April 10, 2002
