3 Essel Bräu Hell Tap (@Essel-Bräu, Sauerland) Pale golden, hazy to cloudy, quite stable creamy bleached head; mild grainy-malty nose with even milder herbal hoppy spots; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty soft, light bodied; slightly drier and a bit hoppier finish, even traces of " noble" hops are detectable.
