caribou43	3.6 Monsteiner SteinBock I have bought this bottle, at the big coop, at Davos. Opening and tasting this bottle, yesterday, at night, coming back from the job, at home, Epalinges. The body is brown and rather clear, average carbonation for the style, white foam. In my point of view, this beer is ok, a classical bock, on the German way, rather smooth, a little smocked, a bit metalic, dry and bready, a bit fruity with some hop at the final, better than the munga version. This beer has a yellow, gold and troubled body, regular carbonation, white foam. A classical German wheat beer, on the Swiss way. caribou43	3.6 Monsteiner Huusbier This bottle is coming from the coop, at Thusis, opening and enjoying this bottle yesterday with my wife, at our located chalet, at Scharans. A decent unfiltered lager, classical with a clear and troubled brown body, regular carbonation, white foam. This one is smooth at the palate, malty, some hop for lager, a bit watery, the aromas are more discreet than the yellow quollfrisch or the braufisch, acceptable. Thursday, October 21, 2021
