Moravius	3.4 Bauriedl Eslarner Urtrunk 1874 "Bauriedl Eslarner Urtrunk 1874", ein "Zoiglbier" von 5,4 %, Flasche aus dem Getränkemarkt der Brauerei. - Bronzegold, fast klar. - In der Nase gut abgelagertes, kerniges helles Malz, leicht karamellig, Anklänge an Kuhstall und Honig, mild hopfenwürzige Herbe aber auch leichte Altersnoten, trotz MHD: 07/20. - Antrunk tief karamelmalzig mit leicht weinigen Zügen, herber, zart säuerlicher Aprikose und milder herbaler Herbe. Sehr dezente Malzsüße mit Anklängen an Honig. Durchschnittlich rezent, schlank, leicht steinig-adstringierend. Im Abgang milde krautige Hopfenherbe. - Das erste Bauriedl-Bier, das mir schmeckt, kernig malzig und mit interessanten Altersnoten. Individuell und probierenswert! (13.10.2019.) Moravius	1.5 Bauriedl Eslarner Festbier "Bauriedl Eslarner Festbier", 5,8 %, Flasche (MHD: 4.12.19) aus dem brauereieigenen Getränkemarkt. - Kupfergold, blank. - In der Nase breites herbsüßliches Karamelmalz, Holzleim und DMS, unschön dumpf und matt. - Antrunk nussig-karamelmalzig mit schaler Frucht und vager, schwach krautiger Herbe. Süß aber nicht malztief. Bizzelig rezent. Im Abgang derb ranzige Bittere. - Stark mißlungenes Festbier, unrund, abgestanden, muffig und ranzig, als hätte die Flasche ein paar Jahre in der Sonne gestanden. Kaum genießbar. (14.9.2019.) Moravius	2.3 Bauriedl Eslarner Edel-Pils "Bauriedl Eslarner Edel-Pils", Flasche aus dem brauereieigenen Getränkemarkt. - Dunkleres Goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase feine Zitrusfrucht, milde Süße, Anklänge an Lakritz aber kaum herb. - Antrunk schlank zitrusfruchtig aber eher süß als herb, erinnert an Zitronenkonfitüre. Deutliche helle Malzsüße. Milder rezent, etwas dick. Im Abgang immer noch vorwiegend malzsüß, nur sehr dezente Hopfenherbe. - Kein "feinherbes Spitzenbier" wie das Etikett verkündet sondern ein unsicheres Herantasten an die Biersorte "Pils", zu süß und zu wenig herb. Geschmacklich ziemlich nichts sagend, wässrig und im Unterton hopfig-bitter dies auch im Nachgeschmack, ausserdem im Nachgeschmack süß-säuerlich.
