3 Ceres Negra Keg at Ceres brewpub, october 07. Black, opaque color with a creamy, compact, beige head. Begins very well, fruity and roasty, but ends abruptly with and empty feeling. Medium mouthfeel, creamy and gorgeous but dies abruptly and a nastry astringency appears. Non existant aroma. Not bad but incomplete dunkel. Wednesday, November 21, 2007 | |

1.9 Ceres Helles Keg at Ceres brewpub, october 07. Turbid, golden with an almost non existant white rim. Slightly rancid arome, but otherwise no nose. Begins malty, with some sweetness but ends with a strange lemony sourness. Slightly infected. Medium to light MF, refreshing. Nice try, what a shame it was off. Wednesday, November 21, 2007 | |

Light bitter hop flavor followed by smooth maltiness (faint caramel). Malty sweet but light. Made with pilsen malt from Argentina, vienna and crystal malts. Tuesday, January 21, 2003 | |
