Rune	3.1 Dow Bridge Gladiator Half-pint, cask at the Globe. In friendly company with jjsint and Finn. Covering beige head, copper coloured body, scattered lacing. Moderate malt-fruity aromas, mid-sweet. Quite well blended taste of brown malts, toffee, and a backdrop of stewed fruits. Rounded malt-fruity tail. Pretty decent. (Leicester, 25.03.2024). jjsint	3.3 Dow Bridge Gladiator Handpull cask at the Globe, Leicester with Rune and Finn. Malty aroma, caramel, some cola nut. Jammy taste, good bitterness up to the short finish. Light-ish body with soft carbonation. Not bad. Wednesday, March 27, 2024

imdownthepub	3.1 Dow Bridge Acris Cask conditioned at the Dudley Winter Ales Fayre '23, W.Mids. Gold to amber with white head. This proved to be a slightly caramelised, leafy bitter. Sweet nutty hints, light in the body. It's okay. Saturday, November 25, 2023

Martinsh	3.2 Dow Bridge Gladiator Cask at Old Bell, Derby. Pours the classic “bitter brown” with minimal off-white head but good lacing. There’s some malts in the aroma, but not much else. In the mouth, the main flavours are caramel, toffee and malts with some autumn fruits coming through later. Finish is quite fruity. Reasonable but nothing special. Sunday, February 27, 2022

saxo	3.2 Dow Bridge Gladiator Cask @ Ealing Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, malt, hops and has a nice hoppy finish. Wednesday, July 10, 2019
Grumbo	2.3 Dow Bridge Space Hopper 14/3/2019. Cask at the Leicester Beer Festival 2019. Pours clear bright golden amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of hops, malt, fruit, butter and grain. Light to moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness and a light sourness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Sour finish, seemed quite rough. Not a good one except in looks. Friday, March 15, 2019

jjsint	2.8 Dow Bridge Centurion Handpull cask at the Old Horse, Leicester. Light reddish brown, extra clear with a foamy off-white head. The scent is quite astringent and metallic with a bit of stone fruit and forest floor. Bittersweet taste with an astringent sour. Short finish, soft carbonation. Woody aftertaste. jjsint	3 Dow Bridge Bonum Mild Handpull cask at the Glenhill Sports and Social Club, Glen Parva, Leics. Very very dark brown with a hint of translucency. A large thick creamy head. Liquorice, blackberry and balsamic vinegar in the aroma. Sweet taste with an earthy sour bitterness in the finish. Not the best mild I've ever had. Wednesday, May 23, 2018

This is what English bottle beers where like before the craft beer revolution.Black,flat and liveless-think it has just been poured into a bottle from a pint glass.No head, no carbonisation and utterly dead to the world.
