dnicolaescu	3 Kellers Vienna Lager DRAFT at Craft Baza. Clear amber, off-white head. (Drank very cold) Very faint aroma of mostly mealy cereals, just a hint of distant fruitiness but not much caramel or proper malț sugars. The taste is also mostly dry, ever so slight hint of malt, fresh bread and pinch of spicy hop. Clean, quenching, but too boring, even for an amber lager. Tuesday, May 8, 2018
dnicolaescu	3.4 Kellers Weissbier DRAFT at Craft Baza. Cloudy murky pale gold, creamy ivory head. Nice fresh pine apple and banana, unfortunately overpowered by quite a bit of sulfury notes - egg white, toilet and some metal. Very nicely balanced taste - fine fruitiness, light wheaty tartness, minimal malts yet has enough creamy body. Yeah, might be a bit thin - a Licht Weisse! - but the fine massaging carbonation helps here. Light spicy bitterness. Quite nice, except for the sulfur. Friday, May 4, 2018

Gust ușor, foarte puțin și plăcut dulce, puțin acrișor, carbonatare moderată și bine potrivită, mult malț, drojdii, fructe necoapte, suculente și ușor acre, ceva fructe dulci (piersici și caise). Mai prost stă cu aroma (abia perceptibilă, cu multe drojdii, grâne învechite, puțin carton ud) și aspectul (tulbure și cu spumă ce dispare repede). Dar e bine făcută și e bună. Similar taste, light bread and grass, decent bitterness for a beer that light. The body is certainly light, not watery at all for its gravity. Prickly carbonation. A solid session beer. dnicolaescu	2 Kellers Cvas de Pâine MAY-2018. DRAFT at Craft Baza. Hazy mahogany, creamy beige head. Pretty weed smell - sticky burnt sugars, stale water, rotten eggs. Really sweet, sticky sugars, smoked dried prunes, a hint of ascorbic acidity and prickly carbonation. Cannot stand these sugars! And it's full of sulfur on top of that. 3-3-5-2=7=2,0. AUG-215. ON TAP. Cloudy brown, small head. A typical sweet kvas aroma of burnt sugar, some rye spice, some tartness. dnicolaescu	1.9 Kellers Clasică Blondă PET 1L. FRESH. Head: white, medium, bubbl, poor retention. Colour: golden, clear. Aroma: sweet, some malt, some cough drops. Taste: sweetish, slightly sour, some faint flowery hop notes, very low bitterness. Quite a bland lager, even if fresh (1 week old). Smells like a fresh juicy young lager with a slight green fruit tartness, a touch of meal and flour. Similar taste, dry creamy malts, a touch of yest/dough, lightly lemony. Smooth, no astringency or fusels. A bit over-carbonated (might be the barman's fault). Almost no bitterness, yet it does not feel sweet at all. Quite a firm body. A nice and quenching landbier-style lager. 6-4-6-3-13=3,2 10-MAY-2013. PET. Aroma is fruity, green apple and citrus (lemon) and quite a bit of grains. The taste follows the aroma.
