3.4 Sawanoi Junmai Daikarakuchi Bottle for no reason other than had a hankering. Pours almost clear with the faintest yellow tinge. Nose of melon and alcohol. 3.4 Sawanoi Junmai Ginjo Sake While Tokyo isn't a famed sake brewing region, Sawanoi is a decent Ginjo. Fruity and light (some may say watery). Touch of sourness. Not as dry as advertised!
