4 Brauhaus Le Berbère Weizen On draught at the brewpub in Hammamet (several years ago). Was delighted to find this ticked all the hefeweizen boxes - poured a rich hazy yellow with a foamy head; great aroma of banana esters, and flavours carried through with a good bit of spice amongst the bubblegum too, while still having a clean enough finish to be refreshing. 2.1 Brauhaus Le Berbère Weizen Draught @ Brauhaus Le Berbere. Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Cloudy golden color with a fair display of lacework. Very mild banana and citrus with some underlying wheat and fruity notes. Light bodied with an average carbonation. Light sweet and acidic flavor. 2 Brauhaus Le Berbère Hell Draught @ Brauhaus Le Berbere. Average fin bubbled white head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Very sparkling body with a yellow color. Aroma of mild acidic malt, hint of bitter grassy notes and some buttery combined with caramel notes. Light bodied with a lively carbonation (could this be added carbonation even do it was draught?) and light dry texture. Light sweet flavor with some counter bitterness. Light dry and bitter finish.
