Erzengel	3.4 Fanjul Sidra Natural Llagar de Fozana Many thanks to fombe89 for this 70cl bottle. Sulphur appley nose. The Sidra starts smooth carbonated and very dry. Lots of tart tannins in the back, sulphur, ripe sour apples. Smooth in the aftertaste, sour but fruity with the tannins on the tongue. Fresh and highly drinkable, earthy hints, refreshing with not too much depth buts hints of vinegar. Interesting but nice and typical. Wednesday, June 7, 2017

Aroma is acidic lemon, barnyard, and phenolic (bandage). Flavor is highly complex, acidic lemon, no real alcohol notes, farmyard, phenolic and dry. Medium-light body. Pours little hazy greenish with vanishing white head. Some lacing and legs. Barnyard, tart, fruity nose. Light body, average carbonation, crispy texture (when poured properly).
