jmgreenuk	3 Anchor White 330ml can from a Super Duper supermarket in Phnom Penh. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light citrus fruits. Her nøt vi hver vår kalde boks mens vi hadde en minneverdig stund med innehaveren, som ikke kunne et eneste ord engelsk. Pours black with a creamy beige head, strong roasted malts aroma, hints of coffee and chocolate. Taste confirms everything: roasty, smokey, coffee, chocolate, no corn (!!!), some hops. ALLOVATE	2.3 Gold Crown Can from a bar in Pub Street, Siem Reap. Bright, yellow gold with sparse, light effervescence and a short-lived white fluff. Nose has hints of Salty pretzel, brine and boiled cabbage and this lends straight through to the flavour. Light in body but just a little drabby and gammy in the finish with a residual salty malt sweetness. A subdued grassiness in there late with very little bitterness of hop. Pretty average stuff.
