Quevillon	3.5 Saint-Benoît-du-Lac Cidre de l'Abbaye Brut 750 ml bottle bought at there abbey store on August 8, 2010. Drank today! Sparkling golden straw. Aroma of dried apples, a bit sweet. Taste of apple juice not too dry, des notes of very dry champagne yeast, average carbonation. Very nice and for me, easy to drink sparling cider. Friday, September 24, 2010
