Somewhat appley aroma, vague herbal hoppy touches, quite simplistic. Simple sweetish-tart simple appley taste, vaaague herbal hops towards the dryish finish. Nice overall, classic, ordinary cider. weizen-slayer	3.5 Cooper's Cider Hopped Getrunken als „Cooper's Cider Dry Hopped“. Ein Cider mit Hopfen… Sachen gibt es. Herb fruchtig. Säuerliche Noten recht reduziert. Trotzdem nicht zu süß. Der Hopfen ist nicht zu vordergründig, gibt aber tatsächlich zusätzliche Noten - etwas exotische Früchte, etwas Kräuter, ein Hauch aromatischen Wermut. Hopfenbittere Noten sind nur zu erahnen. Das schmeckt tatsächlich. Nicht uninteressant. „Cooper's Cider Dry Hopped“ klingt englisch, ist aber von einer urdeutschen Firma. Saturday, September 30, 2023

It is a bright golden yellow brew, fizzling, with a fast collapsing white soda-like head. The aroma of the cider is pretty nice. Crispy apples giving nice fruity aromas, fresh and thirst-quenching. There are some slight grassy hop notes, with some herbal notes. There are some slight citrus notes in the back. Pretty nice and fresh. The taste of the cider is also nice. Sweet apples, with a nice acidity. Hops give a nice bitterness. The mouthfeel is good. Medium-light body and slightly dry texture. The finish of the beer is nice and has a good apple aroma with a slight tart note. Nice one. Sunday, August 27, 2023

weizen-slayer	2.9 Heil Bio Cidre lieblich Getrunken als „Heil Bio Cidre Mild“. Recht süß und nur süß im Antrunk. Ab dem Mittelteil kommt dann doch etwas Tiefe und ein schönes Apfelaroma setzt ein. Sektnoten oder Spuren von Hefe sind nur mit sehr viel Phantasie und gutem Willen zu erahnen. Kohlensäure nahe Null. Der ohnehin geringe Alkoholgehalt ist vollständig verschleiert. Wässrig ist das trotzdem nicht, hat schon ne gewisse Dichte. Diese kommt aber von purem Apfelsaft und nicht vom Most. Schmecken tut das auf alle Fälle, mir aber etwas zu süß und etwas zu alkoholarm. Dass das Bio ist und trotzdem nicht unbezahlbar, finde ich aber sehr positiv. Monday, June 12, 2023
weizen-slayer	3.1 Heil Bio Cidre Trocken Deutliche Sektnoten in der Nase. Geschmacklich etwas weniger präsent. Apfelnoten bei weitem nicht so stark wie beim milden Heil Bio Cidre. Wenn überhaupt wurde nur sehr wenig purer Apfelsaft dem Cidre beigefügt. Säuerliche und süße Noten sind ganz gut im Gleichgewicht. Hefenoten nur sehr dezent - so mag ich das, schließlich ist das kein Weißbier. Milde Kräuternoten - als ob man zuvor Maibowle getrunken hätte. Im Glas und der Flasche sprudelt es deutlich, beim Trinken ist es aber recht kohlensäurearm. Wirkt ein bisschen „abgekocht“, könnte etwas mehr Oomph vertragen. Ein bisschen intensiver, ein bisschen frisch fruchtiger, ein bisschen dichter und alkoholiger. Trotzdem gut trinkbar. Und dass das Bio ist und trotzdem nicht unbezahlbar, finde ich sehr positiv. Quite sweet, a little sourish, rather fruity aroma of sweet apple, lemonade, quince and some sulphur, followed by a short, minimally tart, hardly dry finish.
