Aroma is malt, caramel, sultana raisins, gooseberry, green grapes and sherry. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Flavour is smoked wet wood, some bourbon, vanilla and mild toffee tones with some herbs. Not burning in anyway and the smoked tones are rather mild. On the verge of actually being watery. Roasted malts, coffee, dark dried fruit and a gentle boozyness in the aroma. Some brown sugar. It's full bodied and lightly warming, sweet but not too sweet, and with a gentle herbal bitterness. yngwie	3.6 Bøgedal Fary Lochan Stout På Røget Whiskyfad Bottle, 375 ml corked. A black one, topped by a small beige head. The aroma is smoked and burnt, quite vinous, with some charcoal and ham. Hints of chocolate too. It's rather low on carbonation, quite light on the palate and mostly on the dry side, with some alcohol warmth. The flavor is peat smoked, with burnt malts, hints of chocolate, ham, charcoal and alcohol. Lasting finish. Sweet-ish, yet a dry impression and ditto finish. Dark candi sugar, liquorice reappearing. Feels fuller than it is, just the finish giving away the true light body. lasage	4.3 Sour’ish 11 Lidt ravgylden, brunlig, helt klar (måske lidt bundfald tilbage i flasken), meget mild brus og kun lidt skum ved ophældning som forsvinder helt hurtigt. Aroma er vild gæret øl, syrlig og lidt tør, måske et lille hint af frugt/bær. Smagen er funky vildt gær, lidt tør/syrlig, men samtidig utrolig frisk.
