nybol	3 Musikbryggeriet daCapo Salsa En god pilsnerøl. Den er frisk og klar i smagen, og har en god eftersmag af hvad jeg tror der er gær / humlen. Den har en intens smag som start i munden og derefter er der en fin eftersmag der hænger ved længe. Er lettere frugtagtig i smagen og til vil passe godt til fisken på grillen om sommeren. TorbenJensen	2.4 Søbogaard Lager Mørk Medium foam, an aroma of rye bread, smoke and hint of English licorice. The taste is felt hard roasted malt, the taste of freshly baked rye bread, smoked malt, English licorice and a slight floral touch. It has properties similar to schwarzbier, but still does not reach all the way up. A fresh and full body with lingering hop bitterness. Sunday, October 4, 2015
TorbenJensen	3 Søbogaard Julebryg Rich light brown foam with a slight reddish tinge. It brings together soon, however, to approximately 3 mm thick head of froth which is persistent. It is a very inviting beer, hanging him on the side of the glass. It smells of malt, light orange and some spruce. The label reveals also that there is used a Christmas tree in this Christmas beer, so spruce scent was expected and draws immediate thoughts expectantly toward Christmas. The taste is so absolutely bock-like, but contains much grain flavor that leaves a dry and prolonged aftertaste. One must just taste a few times before you find out whether you like it or not, and I came happily forward to I even really like it. It is very special and I will believe that it is a beer you either love or loathe. It has the Bocks expected crispness Christmas plump sweetness and so that special but unique flavor of spruce. TorbenJensen	2.8 Musikbryggeriet daCapo Maestoso The foam is somewhat flat, although it promised well by pouring. A good aroma of roasted malt, a little smoke and dark chocolate. Very creamy mouth feeling, and partially smoked flavor which merges with licorice with gentle tones of dark chocolate. The finish is a bit watered down, but the taste is preserved long anyway. It has a somewhat significant smoky flavor which, together with the malt does is a bit snappy. A nice and fine imperial stout, with some indefinable aftertaste and probably not the best I have tasted. Wednesday, September 16, 2015
TorbenJensen	4.2 Musikbryggeriet daCapo Barley Wine 2007 Beautifully foam on top of that are reasonably stable. The scent is incredibly good both peach and plum. It tastes incredibly good both plum, prune, peach, light citrus and a slightly spicy flavor that I can not completely assess what is. However, it is not the same as any other heavy filling Barleys may have, but rather a light, fresh plumpness beer-type without in any way be questioned. Incredibly good and tasty. TorbenJensen	2.7 Engbo Stout Very nicely foams despite the strength that reaches 8.5%. Smells a bit of roasted malt and coffee. The taste is partly coffee and, well hidden, you will find a little dark chocolate. In the aftertaste, as most tastes of the aforementioned roasted malt, I can faintly taste a little English licorice. It is basically a very tasty and well-brewed stout. Friday, July 24, 2015
oh6gdx	2.8 Søbogaard Pilsner Lys Bottled (backlog). Slightly hazy golden colour with a small, but thick white head. Aroma is floral, grassy and quite bready as well. Flavour is similar, but in a quite refreshing way. As it warms up it gets a bit metallic. Tuesday, February 10, 2015
oh6gdx	3 Musikbryggeriet daCapo Trio Bottled (backlog). Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is spicy, some fruity notes along with some alcohol as well as some yeast and sugar. Flavour is very similar in a quite nice balance, but the yeastiness gives it a slightly off-centered flavour and ruins the flavour a bit. Aroma is floral and herbal hops along with some sweet malts as well as some slight yeasty notes. Marsiblursi	3 Engbo Stout (Bottle) Pours dark brown to black. The aroma is quite roasted with notes of coffee. Light blackberry fruity alongside a trace of hops on the nose. The flavour is light sweet and light to medium bitter with coffee and dark berries. Astringent mouthfeel. Tart coffee roast and bitter hops lingers in the finish. Medium bodied. Aged malts, candy and sugar make up the aroma. Flavor is very sweet, more caramel and candy, light alcohol presence. Full bodied with fine carbonation. sayravai	3.8 Musikbryggeriet daCapo Barley Wine 2007 (Bottled, 0.5l) Clear deep red with a small head. Aroma has loads of caramely malt with some dried, sweet fruitiness and a touch of solventy alcohol. Flavor is quite malty, but sweetness has dried out for the most part, leaving the caramel and dried fruit intact. Alcohol is well masked, but warming. A balanced and enjoyable barley wine. Ungstrup	3.6 Engbo Stout Bottled. A pitch black beer with a huge dark brown head. The aroma has notes of burnt malts, wood, dark chocolate, and a bit of soy sauce.
