Block	2.6 The Eldo Eldorado Golden Ale Clean and light. Fairly basic but it’s what you would expect. Crisp, as most beers in the area. A bit more hops than the hefe but similarly mild. Friday, September 19, 2014

HIGHB4LL	2.4 The Eldo Kings Kölsch On tap at Eldo’s. Appearance: small to no head, what head there is is white, golden straw color, clear. Aroma: bread, caramel, leather, grass. Palate: light body, no carbonation, sticky texture with a dry finish. Taste: sweet all the way through with a hint of grassy hops. Overall, not a beer to go out of your way for. Aubrey	3.1 The Eldo Mahogany Ridge IPA Draft: Slightly hazy and rust colored; frothy head. Malts were sweet and doughy, with sugar cookie notes. Nice texture: smooth and rich with a decent carbonation. Hops were drying and aromatic, with elements of flowers and grass. Kind of an off, carbon dioxide bitterness of some sort.
