Clean and light. Fairly basic but it’s what you would expect. Crisp, as most beers in the area. A bit more hops than the hefe but similarly mild.

The Eldo Hefeweizen
Smooth, clean, light. A good hefe and even better coming down from a ride in the mountains. Very refreshing and a good wheaty/ fruity flavor with a smooth, sweet, pale malt profile.

The Eldo Kings Kölsch
On tap at Eldo’s. Appearance: small to no head, what head there is is white, golden straw color, clear. Aroma: bread, caramel, leather, grass. Palate: light body, no carbonation, sticky texture with a dry finish. Taste: sweet all the way through with a hint of grassy hops. Overall, not a beer to go out of your way for. The flatness really killed the mouthfeel and appearance for me.
