danlo	3.6 Burrow Hill Bottle Fermented Sparkling Dry Perry 750ml wired cork bottle from Ciderincider. Opened with a pop. Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of perry pear, funk. Taste is pear, fleshy, tangy, citric, tart, with some funky notes and woody tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable. Monday, January 8, 2024
