A classical and rather well brewed ipa, well balanced, dry and mineral, dry malt, citrus, bitter, floral hop, aromatic, a bit resinous, a bit fruity, refreshing, perfect with the Christmas atmosphere. The body is orange, gold and troubled with an average carbonation, white foam. The body is gold, clear with an average carbonation, white foam. Personally, it was a good surprise, a beautiful spring version, fresh lager, perfumed, fruity, an impression to have a jasmine side, a bit sparkling, well balanced, some hop at the final, smooth, one of the best of this brewery. caribou43	3.5 Jorat La Motueka This bottle is coming from the landi, Carouge "VD". Opening this product, yesterday, at home, Epalinges. The body is yellow, grey and troubled, the carbonation is a bit lower than usual, white foam. In my point of view, this beer is ok but don't expect something crazy. The hop is giving an interesting side of peppermint but the malt and the beer is a bit too watery and weak in aromas, smooth and yeasty, a bit boring, refreshing. Saturday, January 1, 2022

The body is yellow, clear and troubled with a normal carbonation, a bit sparkling, thin and white foam. In my opinion, there is nothing great here, on the way of an unfiltered beer, watery, a bit short in the aromas, some dry malt, yeasty, carbonated, regular hop, at the final. rand	3.1 Jorat La Nati Blonde voilée tirant vers l'or sans l'atteindre, active mais fait peu mousser. A l'attaque, elle manque un peu de percussion, le milieu de bouche a des saveurs balkaniques qui présente des notes intéressantes. L'arrière est plaisant sur la longueur même si la régularité est courte. Bonne bière, a des possibilités mais manque de constance malgré son statut de Premium. The taste is gold, a bit brown, troubled, normal carbonation, white foam. In my point of view, it is an interesting high fermentation ale, on the Belgian way. Goldbarren	2.5 Jorat Ambrée des Brigands du Jorat Biere aus der französichsprachigen Schweiz finde ich immer interessant, da sie meist einen Stich Blanche-Bier-Geschmack haben, wie er eben in Frankreich auch gerne drinnen ist. Damit wirken sie feiner und weniger plump als die deutsch geprägten Biere aus dem deutschen Teil des Landes. Dieses bernsteinfarbene Amber Ale hat das auch. Es ist ein schön malziges Ale mit einem frisch-hefigen Geschmack. Allerdings hackt es an der Harmonie zwischen den Aromen: einmal Malz, dann Hefe, dann ein bisschen Buttrigkeit -all das hindert das Bier an einer guten Bewertung. Monday, March 4, 2019
