humlelala	2.7 Remparts Nuit Rousse (33 cl bottle from Comptoir Irlandais, Nantes) Pours a clear amber with rich, white head that laces the glass. Very faint malty aroma with nutty notes. Oily on the palate with soft carbonation, thin body and a short, astringent finish. Taste is mildly with faintly sour notes. Girlfriend says: "It smells of peanuts." Sunday, August 14, 2011

JoeinDahlem	3.4 Remparts Nuit Rousse Another one we found in a tourist shop in Dinan, Brittany. The 33 cl bottle poured a bright, golden brown with light clove phenols and sweetish caramel malts in the nose. Has a nice, grainy toasted malt taste, lightly bitter, finishing quite dry. Really a light and classy brown ale (the style above currently says "Vienna" but there is no way this is a lager). Could do without those phenols, I think, but I could drink a lot of this just the same. Love the low abv. Monday, March 1, 2010
Maria	3 Remparts Nuit Blanche It is unclear, orange-golden with a creamy head. The aroma is mild with notes of wheat, yeast and coriander. The flavour has sweetness and is mild, just like the aroma. It has notes of coriander, yeast, wheat, fruit and light citrus. It’s uncomplicated and easy to drink. Tuesday, August 18, 2009
