3.7 Alorrenea Sidra Natural Bottle at home picked up from the cider museum, . A mostly clear yellow straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is dry flaky apple, mellow dusty funk, light citric acid, mineral hint of cheese. Flavour is composed of crisp dry yellow apple, floral notes, lemon twist, light light spicy funk, mealy apple, quince. Palate is semi sweet, crisp, spicy ,fine carbonation.
