Taste is slightly tartish, lightly sour, lightly sweet, apricot, nectarines, yellow plums, loquat, wheat. Fuller body, average carbonation. A bit unclean, but very rich flavored. Saeglopur	3.3 s'Kloane s'Guate Weizenbier Draught at s’ Kloane Brauhaus. Orange-amber, hazy body, with a big, stable, fluffy, lacing, white head. Quite light aroma of banana, vanilla, sweet bread, some spices. Tastes of ripe banana, vanilla, spices, bread, some orange, some dried fruits Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a quite fizzy carbonation. Finishes sweet, spicy, yeasty, with vanilla, banana, some bread. Good. Quite light, especially the nose, but still quaffable and fresh. More on the sweet side, with banana and vanilla dominating. Overall nothing special and not as good as their Kellerbier, but solid enough. Friday, March 17, 2017
Saeglopur	3.6 s'Kloane s'Guate Gerstl Draught at s’ Kloane Brauhaus, Salzburg. Big, fluffy, lacing, yellowish head. Can’t tell the body color, served in a Stein and quite dark in the pub. Aroma of grains, bread, flowers, honey, some biscuit. Tastes similar, with a bit more sweet fruit notes. Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a very lively carbonation. Finishes medium sweet, floral, bready, grainy, a bit yeasty, with some honey. Nice one. Really quaffable, with nice bready and floral notes and a smooth, lingering honey like sweetness. A bit too much carbonated maybe. Overall really solid, enjoyable stuff. Friday, March 17, 2017

JaKeAFC	2.7 s'Kloane s'Guate Gerstl On tap at the brewery, they said this to be a Lagerbier. Ceramic mug so cant see the color, big fluffy head with good persistence. Taste is malty with, cake, syrup and some vague ripe fruit/banana. Taste is very sweet. Little to no hops. Finish is smooth. Fluffy texture, strong carbonation, full body a bit sticky. Koelschtrinker	3.1 s'Kloane s'Guate Gerstl Herb-würziger Antrunk mit dezent säuerlichen Noten, trocken. Spritziger ist das Bier im Mittelteil, in dem das Bier deutlich karbonisiert hopfig-bittere Noten in geringem Maße von sich gibt und hefiger wird, auch der dunkelmalzige Gewürzton wirkt etwas stärker. TBone	3.4 s'Kloane s'Guate Weizenbier Draught@brewpub, Salzburg In my notes the name of this beer is "S’Guate Weizenbier". Dark nut brown color (almost dunkelweizen-like), good creamy off-white head. Candy, banana and sour notes in the aroma. Fruity, yeasty flavor - almost like in some Belgian abbey dubbels. Chocolate, spices, some banana are the main elements. Bitterish or spicey aftertaste. Interesting, good and totally different wheat beer than weisse in the another wheat brewery some 100 meters away. Saturday, July 28, 2007
