POLK	1.9 Viby Engelsk Brown Ale same second bottle was opened was a geyser of beer from the bottle. approximately 50% of the beer fumes in addition to glass and kitchen table. The scent is dusty and slightly malty. the taste is too tart for brown ale style and carbonation level is too high. the beer did not taste sour, but something must be wrong with it. Ungstrup	2.3 Viby Engelsk Brown Ale Bottled. An unclear brown beer with no head - the bottle was flat when opened. The aroma has notes of malt on an acidic back ground. Completely flat - quite clearly it has lost its carbonation. Medium body with burned caramel, nuts and a vague smoked accent. Burned malt bitterness. Maria	3 Viby India Pale Ale Dark, murky, orange-brown with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruit and hints of resin and caramel. The flavour is very edgy in the bitterness, it is almost harsh and crude, but after a while it leaves room for a little sweetness. The bitterness is good, but out of balance and I would like some caramel in the sweetness. IMO this could be a very good IPA with a little adjustment. Friday, June 13, 2008

Sweet roasty chocolate and caramel aroma with dark fruits. OK mouthfeel. Roasted malt and roasted caramel along with bitter chocolate dominates the flavour which as has a little acid touch.
