Schlenkerla29	3.1 Waldschloss-Bräu Export Das Frammersbacher Export weiß mit seinem schönen Honiggold durchaus zu gefallen. Es ist ansprechend karbonisiert und zeigt viel kompakten, weißen Schaum, welcher sich auf längere Sicht jedoch als nicht sonderlich stabil erweist. Leicht blumig-getreidige Noten vernimmt der Geruchssinn, der Duft bleibt insgesamt aber eher verhalten. Überraschend weich, schön malzig und gut hopfig legt es los. Die dezente Hopfengrasigkeit im Hintergrund sorgt für eine subtile Abrundung. Der vollmundige Körper kennt nicht nur malzige, blumige Süße, sondern auch eine gut daran angepasste Würzigkeit mitsamt nicht zu schwacher Hopfenimpulse. Leicht zitrische Fruchtnoten begleiten den feinnervigen, angenehm hopfigen Abgang. Hier stimmen Geschmack, Intensität, Balance und Mundgefühl, auch die Süffigkeit kommt nicht zu kurz. Koelschtrinker	3.2 Waldschloss-Bräu Frammersbacher Doppelbock Mittelmalziger Antrunk mit leicht herber Note. Diese wird im Mittelteil bitter, das Malz dafür schwächer. Zudem etwas erdig, das Bier wird würziger, wirkt durch die untertönige Milde aber doch eher lasch als stark. Dies ändert sich im malzigeren und würzigeren Abgang, von dem allerdings nur das etwas herbe Malz länger im Mundraum verweilt. Erstaunlich ist, dass das Bier hier trotzdem überaus vollmundig wirkt.
