Winegarden Estate Dry Adam
Baie Verte...tiny little francophone town on the way to the Confederation Bridge, not too far from where I went to school. Not really known as apple country...winters are way too long I should think. But I’m no farmer.

Dull yellow. Still. Slightly vinous nose with icing sugar. On the palate, you don’t find these sugars at all. It’s quite dry, with alcohol showing in a real white wine finish. Some higher alcohols detract a bit but this is a fun cider, with a sharp disparity between the complex, sweet nose and the austere palate.

Winegarden Estate Dry Adam
750 ml bottle. Still, pale yellow golden colour. Pleasant apple skins aroma with light pear notes. Fruity and dry apple flavour with a lightly acidic and lightly yeasty bitter finish. Medium bodied, almost rich mouthfeel, never syrupy and quite drinkable. Unlike many ciders of this ilk that seem have an unpleasant baking soda finish, this one steers clear of that to leave a simple but tasty and refreshing cider.
