2.5 El Burró Bottle. Od aroma. :O) sweet... yet spicy. Taste is also sweet and a littel metalic. Saturday, February 23, 2008

2.3 El Burró [Odense-tasting at Scheffel. Bottle from thewolf.] Flavor of this brew is defenately better than the aroma. Very seldom notes of real grapes, that didn’t performed well in the aroma. A wine-beer, with an ok sourness, but also very unusual. An ok experience!! Friday, October 19, 2007

2.7 El Burró Unclear orange with a medium lasting, small white head. Soapy fruit aroma, hints of wood and peach. Sweet with notes of fruit, some alcohol and some honey. Unique. And that’s it. Monday, October 1, 2007

2.6 El Burró Unclear yellow with white creamy head. Sweet fruity & spicy aroma. OK lacings. Fruity - very sweet taste. Aroma is a lot better than taste. Soft mouthfeel - thin body. Some grapes & a vinous feel. Rather exotic. Wouldn’t drink again! Monday, October 1, 2007

2.6 El Burró Bottle @ ChristianScheffel tasting. [thanks to sysadm for bringing this from France] Pours a very pale yellow-golden with a greenish hue to it. Small creamy head that not only laces well, but really sticks to the sides of the glass. Several pours with water was necessary to get it off. Well... Aroma is sweet, fruity with definite grapes, watermelon and slight spicyness. Rather thin and watery. Flavour begins almost like a radler would; a surprisingly sweet fruityness, but this feels more subdued as I take more sips. There is a definite presence of grapes and white wine, but it still isn’t terrible. Funny and weird. Sunday, September 30, 2007
