Smooth and light alcohol, no fruit, lots of chalk and rice, but a subtle koji and bright yamahai note, but not too intense. BückDich	3.5 Shiki no Hakone Ginjo Sake Cup Bought: Hakone Drank: Hakone (street): Off-beige, some light vanilla and a bit of sweet fruit, a clean light body, some alcohol and koji, but clean and balanced. A decent ginjo and some light fruity notes in the flavor, subtle impact and a grassy body. Good. A nice clean water source, very little minerals. Tuesday, October 16, 2007
