2.8 Hochstädter Landbier Märzen Draught at Zum Neuen Bau Hazy amber color. The aroma is a bit earthy and dusty, with very light roasted nuts. There is a correct body strength, but the malt flavor is less present than, e.g., the Hell, and there are light traces of cereals; like other beers from the same brewery, this one as well has a very light residual sweetness. Average body strength; there is some malt flavor with a tendency to cereals and hay; also a light residual sweetness; some alcohol trace; the bitterness level is ordinary, unfortunately other hop qualities are not evident.
