Rolpibrau Domleschger Bier
I have bought this bottle at the coop, at Thusis. First beer after a crazy windy day at Splügen. Sharing this bottle with my wife at our located chalet at Scharans. This one is brown and troubled, too carbonated and a lot of yeast with interesting notes of malt, nuts, grainy with some common hop at the final, fruity, I could say on the Belgian way, less carbonation could be better.

from their webshop - pours a cloudy dark reddish-brown beer under a solid and persistent creamy beige foam; nice lacework; aroma of biscuit, popcorn and honey with hints of sourness; creamy palate and with a robust carbonation, the finish is slightly sourish and pretty dry with notes of corn and honey - harsh and hard to drink

Rolpibrau Lager
Bottled (BB 06/2008)
Hazy yellow color, big cloudy white head. Red currant, citrus and cardboard. Grainy, lightly citrusy, pale malty. Crisp carbonation. Quite typical unfiltered lager, some similarities to eg. unfiltered Mufloni Lager.

Rolpibrau Weizen
Bottled (BB 06/2008)
Slightly hazy golden color, not much head. Papery, overriped banana aroma. Dryish, overriped banana dominates flavor. Crisp, a bit papery aftertaste with some fruityness. Simple.

Rolpibrau Lager
Bottled (thanks Bov!). Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild fruityness, berries along with some earthy notes. Also strong on malts and flowery hops. Flavour is quite much the same. Once it warms up it gets some rather eggy notes.

from their webshop - cloudy orange in colour and with no foam left; aroma of cereals and vegetables; thin-bodied and with a low carbonation, some corny tartness, slightly dry with more notes of corn and carrots in the finish - ouchhh ...

feb 2008 - cloudy and bright dark orange colour, very creamy and stable white foam which leaves a beautiful lace; aroma of dust and rancid butter; thin-bodied, very creamy mouthfeel, sweet with a light astringent bitterness; short and moderately dry flowery and dusty finish where unpleasant typical homebrew-like notes discourage the braves to finish their glass ...
