altrebirre	4.3 Aleghe La Brusatà Pours dark amber with thin and ephemeral head over breathing and cloudy texture. On top, caramel, malt, brown sugar, wood and green olives with a floral background. First sip is dense with a medium/low carbonation, a sugary veil and a hint of toasted bread. Body is roundish with a dominant sweetness and a bitter bite on the finish. Chestnuts are very subtle until halfway down the glass but still overcome by other flavors. Aftertaste is caramelly and winey with waves of hops coming and going. Straw and flowers notes persist. altrebirre	4.2 Aleghe La Rossa Pours a dark amber, almost brown with thin retentive dirty white foam over happy texture. On top coffee, biscuit and a hint of nuts. First sip is fizzy with a delicate chocolate flavor up front, followed by a herbaceous note with malt hues and flowers. Halfway down the glass, flavors tend to get milder and hints of yeast pop up. The body is sharp but rich and soft on the tongue. Finish is caramelly and quick with a brown sugar aftertaste and a hint of bitter coffee. Sunday, June 27, 2021
altrebirre	3.7 Aleghe La Bionda Pours deep gold with thin retentive white head over fizzy texture. On top, white wine notes, bread and a hint of flowers. First sip is velvety with bread and yeast pushing through, a hint of hoppiness in the background. There's a hazelnut hue that pops up sometimes and a light spiced wave in the back of the throat. A vaguely winey taste lasts during the drink. The body is soft and a tad watery, with a clean, quick finish. Aftertaste is mild and short with a sweetish memento and an herbaceous echo. altrebirre	4 Aleghe La Doppio Pours a deep amber / brown with a creamy dirty white foam over quiet and unfiltered texture. On top it's caramel, a hint of coffee and strawberry. First sip pushes the toffee and caramel flavor up front. Cereal notes fill in during the drink with flowery waves and a fruity sweetness hidden in the background. The body is a bit watery but rich, full and satisfying. Mouthfeel is a bit dry and bitter on finish. Aftertaste is a mild caramel note with herbaceous hues. Wednesday, June 23, 2021

First sip pushes malt and alcohol forward and then fades into a herbal hue on the way down. There's a tiny fruity flavor in the background. A hint of caramel comes halfway down the glass. Body is thin but very straight forward, not afraid to show its ABV. Finish is clean and à bit sweet with a short, unusual and refreshing finish. Monday, June 21, 2021
altrebirre	3.8 Aleghe Whyzen Pours gradient from pale yellow to dark white, breathing cloudy texture with floating residue. None to little head. On the nose, lemongrass and ginger are dominant. Some notes of citrus. First sip is highly carbonated, lemony and ginger are a bit too strong on the drink and it's hard to perceive other flavors. Once you get accustomed to the dominant flavor profile, tiny cereal notes pop up, hop is barely noticeable. Body is sharper than I anticipated and very fizzy. It's refreshing and summery. altrebirre	3.8 Aleghe Aleghetor Pours almost black with shadows of dark brown with a thin, caramel foam. Breathing and clear texture. First aromas are malty, bready and yeasty with myrtle and juniper hues. Flavors are conquered by the sweet coffee and the dominant dark chocolate. The last one lingers for a while in the aftertaste, mixing a bit with toasted cereals and a bit of caramel. It's sharp and highly carbonated, the body is thin but flavorful with a thick pasty feel on the throat that doesn't leave. Hides well its ABV and the chocolate aftertaste is amazing. altrebirre	3.7 Aleghe La Pils Dirty and foggy golden color with a thin white persistent foam. Thick, homogenous and still texture. Hoppy and citrusy aromas on top, light shadows of strawberry and malt. Hop flavors overcome malt ones with a crisp, dry and sharp body with a hint of diacetyl. Yeasty notes on finish, which is bitter, floral with some red fruity notes on the back of the throat. Medium carbonation, refreshing and easy to drink. Tuesday, May 25, 2021

Minuscole note di agrumi. Onde di malto delicato. 🍻 🇬🇧 Pours light amber, little head. Herbal notes on whiff. First sip is light hops, average carbonation, no dominant flave and slightly bitter finish. Really tiny hint of citrus. Waves of delicate malt. APPEARANCE: very dark brown color and opaque. medium light brown head, with good retention. lace formation. TASTE: medium malty flavor with initial maillard notes, followed by dark chocolate. medium bitterness with an almost dry ans slightly roasted finish. PALATE: medium-high body with medium carbonation. Malt pâle et cara, pointe d’amertume houblonnée nobles ajoutant une touche de citronné. Palais est aussi centré sur les malts, pâle et caramel, léger et agréable. Miel donne un côté organique facile ponctué d’un petit rappel de châtaigne. Amertume est noble tirant sur du Saaz. Pointe épice sur la fin et une fine note d’amertume noble.
