Zumo hops come from Segal Ranch down in the lower Yakima Valley. Brewers who have already brewed with Zumo describe it as citrus, citrus, and more citrus. A prominent lime note makes it a perfect fit for Mexican Lagers, but it has also performed well in big IPAs.
