After a year of rating, I am astonished at the way my tastes have changed, how many flavours, scents and nuances you can detect with practice and exposure. I’m amazed at the styles I’ve grown to love and want, how my palate has changed and how interracting with other raters has changed my perceptions and sensibilities.
I simply love beer.....and I’m glad this venue has allowed me to understand...
