I don’t like the light, watered down lagers and pilsners that are promoted by big breweries. And I don’t want rice or corn in my beer. Give me a bold, heavy oatmeal stout and if I can’t get that, I want a rich Irish red beer. I want rich, dark robust beer the way it was meant to be.
