I believe in the power of beer.
My keys to enjoying beer are diversity and humbleness. It is important to continuously try new styles and brews, and adapt to tastes of the season, while reserving a special space for favorites. I strive not to be a beer snob, and to keep an open mind and palate.
I pride myself on my ability to enjoy many different types and qualities of beer. I look to savor everything from a cheap, domestic beer, to an expensive craft beer, while appreciating the differences in quality between them.
I give beer the benefit of the doubt, and when drinking I seek to appreciate its qualities, rather than dwell on its negatives. Expect my ratings to reflect my optimistic nature towards beer.
In the end, beer is meant to be enjoyed, and my ultimate goal is to relish each and every beer that I drink.
