My favorite style is any fruit lambics. Or any beer aged in wood for that matter. I am really into Sour and barrel aged stout styles as well.
Light Beer; Dry Beer; Ice Beer; Clear Beer; Low-Carb Beer. Each of these contrivances is an apology that says: "Our beer is too heavy, too sweet, too dark...." Each was launched onto the market with a marketing budget of millions, making them all costly contrivances indeed.
