A beer should be enjoyed as one would enjoy a meal. To be able to pair the right beer with right dish you may be preparing is definitely the key to the style chosen. I definitely enjoy a great dish of Cajun spiced seafood and a pint; and this is why an earthy, crisp, refreshing Amber lager or Steam is a favorite of mine; as well as the fact it is a great session beer.
