Craft Beer is taking over the wine world. At our restaurant we sell more great beers than any other beverage, even from the fantastic selection of wines by the glass. I am a CSW, and truly appreciate wine. As a business owner, I see that pairing food with both wine and beer has been a source of success for our restaurant. It isn’t about which is better, wine or beer, but rather how can they work in harmony to please all the palates that walk through our door.
