Real Beer as a tribute to Real Ale, the only way beer should be! Don Quijote was an interesting project Umberto (Goblin Pub) and I had and thanks to Cantillon it now exists. The "secret" ingredient, provided by us, is fox grapes (uva fragola - vitis labrusca). I had home-produced beers with "uva fragola" long time ago.
